- Good Turf Landscaping is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our landscaping crew for the remainder of the 2026 season.

We are a small, established crew working on residential landscaping projects throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and can become a dependable part of our team.

Work includes:

- Topsoil installation and grading

- Sod installation

- Decorative rock and landscape installations

- Tree and shrub planting

- Foundation grading and drainage work

- General labour and material movement

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (no exceptions)

- Steel-toe work boots

- Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work and heavy lifting

- Reliable and able to arrive at job sites on time

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn





- Landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required

Position Details:

- 30–50 hours per week (weather dependent)

- Monday to Friday

- Outdoor work at various job sites throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas

- Training provided for the right person

- Opportunity for continued seasonal employment with Positive Turf Landscaping

We're looking for someone who works well as part of a team, is dependable and wants to help us continue delivering quality landscaping work for our customers.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
