About The Role The Landscaping Technician assists in executing landscaping projects to create appealing and functional outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the construction and installation of landscaping projects (sod, planting, edging, garden beds, etc.)
- Load and unload tools, soil, stone, and other materials from trucks and trailers
- Perform heavy lifting (materials, machinery, etc.) throughout the workday
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free job sites
- Follow safety protocols and operate landscaping equipment responsibly
- Support Crew Leader with job execution and direction
- Adapt to changing job sites,



weather conditions, and timelines
- Communicate clearly with team members to stay aligned on daily tasks

Requirements

- Able to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long hours)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable transportation to and from job sites in Mississauga and surrounding areas
- Steel-toe boots required; Oakly uniforms provided after trial period
- Landscaping experience is an asset, but not mandatory. We will train the right person
- Strong attitude, willingness to learn, and respect for the team come first

Compensation:

- Technician: $20–$22/hr
