LAPTOP MOTHERBOARD REPAIR TECHNICIAN — CHIP-LEVEL / MICRO-SOLDERING A computer/laptop repair shop in Markham is hiring an experienced Board Repair Technician for chip-level diagnostics and repair on all laptop models (Mac and PC).

THE WORK

- Diagnose faulty laptop motherboards using schematics, multimeters, and microscopes.
- Board-level repair for all laptops, including dead/restart issues.
- Expert-level work on Apple board problems (dead/dim screen, liquid spill, etc.).
- Ability to operate a BGA reflow machine.
- Ability to change MacBook Pro screens (MacBook Pro Retina / MacBook Air, etc.).
- DC jack replacement, LED replacement, fan replacement, and other component-level repairs.
- Ability to use a BIOS programmer.
- Experience repairing phone and tablet boards is a plus.
- Full-time, day shift.

REQUIREMENTS




- Proven hands-on experience in chip-level board repair and micro-soldering (general IT support or parts-replacement-only experience does not qualify).
- Must provide proof of your own board-level repair work (photos/videos of completed repairs, portfolio, etc.) with your application.
- Applications without proof of your own board work will NOT be reviewed.
- Please do not apply if you don't have the required chip-level repair experience.

HIRING PROCESS
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a PAID 2-hour bench test.
- Interviews are by appointment only.
