Job Overview As a Lash & Brow Technician / Aesthetician operating as an independent contractor, you will provide high-quality lash and brow enhancement services while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will assess each client's goals, recommend appropriate treatments, and perform services safely and professionally in a welcoming, client-focused environment.

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about beauty, enjoys building long-term client relationships,



and takes pride in delivering consistently outstanding results.

Services

Experience in some or all of the following services is preferred:

- Lash Extensions (Classic, Hybrid and Volume)
- Lash Lift and Tint
- Brow Lamination
- Brow Tinting
- Brow Shaping and Waxing
- Henna Brows
- Eyelash and Brow Conditioning Treatments
- Facial Waxing
- Additional aesthetic or beauty services are considered an asset

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand individual goals and recommend appropriate services.
- Perform lash and brow treatments safely, professionally, and according to industry best practices.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail to deliver high-quality, consistent results.
- Educate clients on aftercare, maintenance, and recommended treatment schedules.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes where applicable.
- Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment meet all sanitation and infection prevention standards.
- Maintain inventory of products and advise management when supplies require replenishment.
- Promote available services, retail products, and seasonal promotions when appropriate.




- Manage your appointment schedule professionally while maximizing productivity and respecting appointment times.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognized beauty or aesthetics program with practical hands-on experience, or an experienced beauty professional with demonstrated industry experience.
- Must be fully trained and confident performing services independently.
- Relevant certifications for all services offered.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and continuous professional development.
