Responsibilities
- Administer laser therapy treatments using advanced equipment, ensuring precise application tailored to each patient's needs
- Assist with rehabilitation exercises and patient mobility support under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records of patient treatments, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Provide exceptional patient care by addressing questions, explaining procedures clearly, and offering emotional support
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment strategies
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook and Word
- Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions, adjusting techniques as necessary for safety and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and medical terminology guidelines
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and electronic medical records systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrated computer operation skills and ability to adapt to new healthcare technologies
- Previous experience working with patients requiring rehabilitation or laser therapy is an asset
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Strong analysis skills combined with organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and efficient workflow
