Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Mowing Technician to join our landscaping team. This role involves maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces through precise mowing, trimming, and landscape upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Prior experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent chance to develop skills in landscape care and mechanical maintenance within a dynamic environment.

Duties

- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other power tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Perform edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure clean and professional appearance
- Assist with planting, watering, and irrigation system maintenance as needed
- Use hand tools for detailed landscaping tasks such as pruning or planting
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Support overall landscape maintenance including weed control, fertilization, and soil preparation




- Assist with construction or installation projects related to landscape improvements when required
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure environmental compliance

Skills

- Experience with lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers is preferred
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and gardening practices beneficial
- Familiarity with horticulture principles and landscape maintenance techniques
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining power tools and machinery
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently for detailed landscaping tasks
- Strong understanding of construction basics related to outdoor projects
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality landscape presentation

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work who want to build expertise in landscape maintenance while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments. Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
