We're hiring a reliable Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in delivering quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Mow and cut grass at residential/commercial properties
- Trim and edge along walkways, driveways, and landscape beds
- Apply fertilizer to customer lawns per treatment schedule
- Apply weed control sprays
- Perform lawn aeration and overseeding services as needed based on seasonal/weather conditions
- Load and unload equipment safely
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Follow all safety procedures when handling equipment and chemicals
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to lift equipment, walk/stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive outdoor tasks
- Prior lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
