Your strategic leadership will guide community programs and public facilities while enhancing operational standards. Collaboration with Indigenous organizations and various community partners will play a pivotal role in your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Outline strategic direction for community services
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
- Cultivate management capacity and support employee development
- Foster relationships with community partners and Indigenous groups
- Enhance planning for public facilities and community assets Requirements:
- University degree with 10+ years of senior leadership experience
- Expertise in public-facing services and multidisciplinary management
- Knowledge of municipal government operations and budgeting
- Ability to support intergovernmental relations and initiatives
