Finance Controller | St-Eustache (on-site) | Services Permanent – 35 hours/week

A well-established service company in St-Eustache is seeking a Finance Controller/Director of Finance to play a key role with management and actively contribute to the organization's performance.

What the company offers:

Salary + bonus: $95K to $105K

Flexible hours (35 hours/week)

6 personal days + 6 days during the holidays

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise accounting activities and mentor the team

Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable

Supervise payroll and government remittances (GST/QST, DAS, CNESST)

Produce financial analyses and support decision‑making

Monitor grants

Prepare for year‑end and collaborate with external auditors

Participate in various administrative aspects (HR, OHS, pay equity, recruitment)

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in administration/accounting (an asset)

10+ years of experience, including 5 years in management

Functional English

Excellent command of Excel

Leadership, autonomy, rigor, and a good sense of priorities
