With a minimum of seven years in electric motor controls development, you will join Litens’ rapidly growing motor development team. Your expertise in designing and validating innovative control algorithms will be crucial in transforming our disruptive axial flux motor technology. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement motor control algorithms for electric drives
- Simulate and validate control strategies using MATLAB/Simulink




- Troubleshoot motor control systems using advanced laboratory equipment
- Mentor junior engineers in technical problem solving
- Collaborate on integrating motor control functions with power electronics

Requirements:

- BEng in Electrical or related engineering field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in control algorithms and embedded systems
- Familiarity with source control tools like Git
- Robust understanding of motor drive system integration
