Lead Hand Framer

Full-Time | $30–$40/hr (based on experience)

About Us

We're a growing residential framing company looking for an experienced Lead Hand Framer to join our crew and help lead jobs from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate a small framing crew on residential job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specs accurately
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components to code
- Ensure work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines
- Train and mentor junior framers/apprentices on site
- Communicate daily progress, issues, and material needs to ownership/project management
- Operate and maintain framing tools and equipment safely
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications





- 5+ years of residential framing experience, including lead or supervisory experience
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
- Solid understanding of building codes and framing best practices
- Ability to operate power tools, nail guns, saws, and other framing equipment safely
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

Compensation & Benefits

- $30–$40/hr, based on experience

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
