The Nutrition Manager will utilize a person-centered approach to ensure that each resident receives personalized dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the culinary team’s performance and development
• Customize dining menus tailored to individual dietary needs
• Ensure timely and accurate provision of menu items
• Implement infection prevention and food safety measures
• Maintain financial management of culinary operations
Requirements:
• At least three years of dietary experience needed
• One year of leadership experience required
• Valid Food Safety Handler’s Certificate necessary
• Current CSNM membership preferred (ONTARIO ONLY)
• Ability to conduct Vulnerable Sector Checks when necessary
