This temporary full-time position involves working closely with Rehabilitation Professionals for therapy planning and implementation. You will collaborate with a team to monitor resident responses, collect necessary data, and ensure accurate clinical documentation. Your role is crucial in preventing deterioration and promoting a nurturing and safe living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in assessment and planning of therapy programs • Port clients to and from therapy sessions as needed • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions • Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and supplies • Participate in meetings and safety inspections
Requirements: • Relevant certificate or diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy • Current certifications in First Aid and Food Protected Level 1 • Proficient in English, both orally and in writing • Prior experience with senior populations • Employment contingent upon union membership
