Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise licensing staff and ensure compliance
• Implement and oversee the Amanda database effectively
• Provide directions to licensees and charities
• Handle customer inquiries and process applications
• Ensure documentation is complete according to guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree plus one year of relevant experience
• Experience supervising in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Ability to apply and interpret varied regulations
• Solid data entry and software skills
• Familiarity with Amanda database is a plus
