This role blends people leadership, operational oversight, and direct project delivery .You'll be the steady hand, setting standards, supporting your team, solving problems before they escalated, and stepping in when things get complex. You'll act as the primary escalation point for delivery decisions while helping the PM team grow stronger, sharper, and more confident.What You'll Be Responsible ForLead, mentor, and support Project Managers across all active projectsSet and maintain standards for planning, documentation, communication, and deliveryBuild and improve PM workflows, tools, and best practicesBalance resourcing and priorities across multiple timelinesAct as the escalation point for risks, scope changes, and delivery challengesSupport hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance developmentLead PM status meetings, flagging risks and guiding next stepsMaintain visibility across all active and upcoming projectsReview timelines, budgets, workbacks, and critical paths for feasibilityIdentify bottlenecks, risks,
