We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork.

This is a senior role for someone who understands the cabinetry business from shop drawings through production, delivery, and installation. You will manage multiple custom residential projects, working closely with clients, designers, architects, our production team, and installers to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to the quality standards expected in the luxury market.

Responsibilities

- Manage high-end custom cabinetry projects from approved drawings through installation and completion.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and site conditions to then produce shop drawings in AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, production staff, installers, and trades.
- Establish and manage project schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ensure accurate information is provided to production and installation teams.
- Identify potential problems early and take ownership of resolving them.
- Coordinate materials, hardware, finishes, site measurements, deliveries, and installations.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in high-end custom cabinetry or architectural millwork.
- Robust knowledge of cabinetry construction, materials, hardware, finishes, manufacturing, and installation.
- Excellent ability to read architectural and shop drawings.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, highly customized residential projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working directly with demanding clients, designers, architects, trades, and installers.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for project outcomes.

This is not an entry-level construction project management position. Direct experience managing high-end custom cabinetry projects is essential. Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
