We are seeking an experienced, self-driven
Supply Chain Operations Lead
to oversee daily supply chain operations and support a team of analysts. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating analyses, proactively identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and supporting both strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
Review and ensure analysts’ deliverables are accurate, clear, and ready for Senior Management review
Guide and support Supply Chain Analysts across teams, ensuring high-quality outputs and alignment with business priorities
Oversee and manage 3PL warehouses and storage operations
Drive operational efficiency and achieve cost savings through vendor oversight and negotiation
Demand Planning, Inventory & Performance Management
Oversee and validate demand forecasts and inventory reports prior to Senior Management submission
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Manage supply chain budgets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
Supply Chain Collaboration & Partner Support
Build and maintain solid working relationships with internal teams and external partners, including 3PLs, suppliers, distributors, and retail locations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with vendors and logistics partners
Conduct supplier and partner performance evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain
Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to support Senior Management decision-making
Deliver insights to support product pricing strategies, cost optimization, and overall business performance
Compliance, Risk & Continuous Improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Preventive Control Plans (PCP), Federal Plastics Registry, and Blue Box recycling obligations
Develop mitigation and contingency plans for potential supply chain disruptions
Demonstrate accountability, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and continuously improve processes using data-driven insights
Other Duties
Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the Supply Chain function
Qualifications & Requirements
7+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, strategy, or supervisory roles
Experience in retail or food service environments is preferred
Proven experience supervising, mentoring, and developing teams
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI
Hands-on experience with ERP and POS systems
Strong communication skills; highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
