In this full-time position, the Major Gift Officer will manage a portfolio of prominent donors and prospects. Your task will entail crafting personalized gift proposals and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals to secure contributions between $25,000 and $1 million+. Collaborating with physicians and Foundation staff, you will help advance critical fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee major gift portfolio and donor engagement plans
• Develop impact materials and funding proposals




• Conduct meetings to foster donor relationships
• Implement timely stewardship for major donors
• Maintain donor records in Raisers Edge
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of fundraising experience
• Familiarity with healthcare or nonprofit sectors is an asset
• Excellent writing and presentation capabilities
• Willingness to work flexible schedule
• Police background check required
