Summary
We are seeking passionate leadership professionals to join Edgemont Athletic in a leadership role. These positions are vital in guiding our team to deliver exceptional service and foster a vibrant community dedicated to health and wellness.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Level: Leadership Roles – Supervisors, Managers
What You’ll Do
Leaders at EA may be responsible for:
· Team Leadership & Development — Hiring, Coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members to grow and succeed.
· Operational Excellence — Managing daily operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and exceptional guest or client experience.
· Facilities & Maintenance Oversight — ensuring safe, well-maintained environments, coordinating repairs, and managing vendor relationships.
· Strategic Execution — Translating organizational goals into actionable plans for your team or department.
· Performance Management — Setting expectations, monitoring results, and providing clear, constructive feedback holding yourself and your teams accountable.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration — Working with other leaders to solve problems, streamline processes, and drive results.
· Change Leadership — Guiding teams through growth, transitions, and evolving business needs.
· Decision-Making & Problem-Solving — Using data, insights, and sound judgment to make effective decisions.

We’re looking for leaders who bring strengths such as:
· Experience in Restaurant Management, Hospitality Leadership, Fitness or Boutique Studio Management, Sales Management, or Building & Maintenance Management
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence
· A track record of leading teams through growth, change, or operational improvements
· Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, people-centric environment
· A commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful leadership

Preferred Qualifications
· Multi-Industry Leadership Experience with heavy passion for fitness
· Certified in personal training,
group fitness or other fitness related services as an asset,
· CPR, first aid, proserve, food handling certificates an assets
· Experience in Customer-Focused, Service-Driven, or Facilities/Maintenance Environments
· Background in Coaching, Training, or Talent Development
· Post-Secondary Education in Business, Leadership, Hospitality, Trades, or a Related Field
