Our client, an established and growing commercial bakery organization, is seeking an experienced R&D Director to lead its product innovation and R&D strategy.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a bakery R&D professional who can take products from concept and formulation through pilot testing and full-scale commercialization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the company's bakery R&D and innovation strategyOversee development of breads, pastries, doughs, batters and related productsLead formulation, reformulation, shelf-life and cost-optimization initiativesGuide products from bench-top development through commercial productionLead and develop a team of Food Scientists, R&D Chefs and Bakery TechnologistsPartner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, QA and Supply ChainEnsure products are scalable, manufacturable, commercially viable and compliantWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science,
