Job Duties & Responsibilities

- oPlan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.
- oDetermine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- oRecruit staff and oversee staff training.
- oSet staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- oControl inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
- oResolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- oNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
