As a full-time team member, you will report to the General Manager, ensuring secure operations and compliance across multiple sites. Your responsibilities encompass managing environmental programs, leading incident investigations, and providing essential training. Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to integrate essential EHS requirements into daily practices to enhance performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions




• Lead and develop the annual safety calendar
• Ensure effective communication and training on safety practices
• Provide EHS support across Canadian locations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field
• 5–8 years of progressive EHS experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in incident investigation techniques
• Ability to manage WSIB claims
