- Draft and review commercial agreements, including cloud services
- Assist in the resolution of consumer claims and disputes




- Provide guidance on privacy standards and compliance
- Monitor the legal landscape in logistics
- Collaborate to implement innovation in legal practices Requirements:
- Established law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and Barreau du Québec membership
- At least five years of experience in a related role
- Proven client-focused approach with robust communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage various legal issues
