Lead lululemon’s legal compliance efforts as a Senior Manager, Compliance Counsel. Drive sustainability initiatives and trade compliance while mentoring cross-functional teams. As a key member of the Legal Compliance team at lululemon, you will strategically advise on compliance, sustainability, and supply chain risks.

This role encompasses managing the global Compliance Program while fostering relationships with various business units. Your ability to monitor emerging regulations and effectively communicate compliance requirements will be paramount in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on product and trade compliance issues

- Monitor legislative changes and their implications

- Handle outside counsel on complex legal matters Requirements:
- JD or equivalent with bar admission eligibility
- Over 5 years of experience in compliance and regulatory law
- Proven expertise in trade compliance and legal risk
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
