Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lettershop/Inserter Operator to join our production team.

Responsibilities

- Set up, program, and run inserters (BB600s, BB700, Buhrs, W&D;, Mailstar, Pinnacle a plus).
- Operate and monitor camera matching systems for accuracy and integrity.
- Experience with Lake Camera System.
- Perform strong quality control checks throughout production.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain equipment and ensure jobs meet specifications and deadlines.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience operating high-speed inserters in a print or lettershop setting preferred.
- Extensive knowledge with BB600s, Buhrs, W&D; a must, Mailstar, Lake Camera System, Pinnacle, or similar equipment a plus.




- Experience with camera matching systems and integrity verification tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills – on vacuum systems, electronic sensors/readers.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Understanding of US sort.
- Willingness to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
