Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time

Location: Newgen Medical Clinic, Abbotsford, BC

Hours: 18–20 hours/week (with potential for increased hours)

About Us

We are a Rheumatology practice within Newgen Medical Clinic in Abbotsford, BC, with one

Rheumatologist, one Medical Assistant, and administrative staff. We provide patient-centered care for individuals with arthritis and related conditions.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work directly with the Rheumatologist, provide patient care, assist with case management, and support patients in managing their health.

Responsibilities

- Take patient medical histories and perform clinical assessments
- Assist with evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing case management
- Document patient information accurately in Accuro EMR
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses,



medications, and disease management
- Maintain a safe, organized clinic environment

Requirements
- Current LPN registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Medical practice experience preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
