Are you interested in providing a wide range of primary health care services? Ready to be a member of an integrated health care team and work collaboratively with Public Health, Homecare and other members of the integrated health care teams. Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where majority of services take place located in Yellowknife, NT.

Key Responsibilities

- Provides nursing support to the practitioners in the clinic, including direct nursing care before and after procedures being performed,
- Facilitate, support and promote, a culture of teamwork
- Facilitate,



implement and modifies patient and family educational/teaching based on the needs of the patient in conjunction with members of the Integrated Care Team.

Key Qualifications
- A Practical Nursing Diploma from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- Medication Administration course or certificate
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary model
- Understanding of, and an ability to apply, the nursing processes (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) within the LPN scope of practice.
- Expertise to provide training, advice and assessment using specialized equipment, medications, tools, and techniques.
