Schlegel Villages is in search of Unscheduled Part Time Cooks to enhance their food services team. You will be responsible for creating delicious meals, following nutritional guidelines, and ensuring a positive dining atmosphere. This role not only allows for flexibility but also encompasses opportunities for growth while you work directly with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create exceptional meal experiences daily
• Follow meal plans and nutritional guidelines
• Support and lead team members in service
• Lift up to 35lbs as required
• Nurture a resident-centered social culture
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Experience with therapeutic diets preferred
• Background in large quantity cooking
• Leadership skills are an asset
• Team collaboration experience required
