Evening Light Duty Cleaner Position available out of our Burlington office. Must have valid Ontario drivers license.

Work Days: Monday to Friday 4:30 pm start time, approximately 30 hours per week.This cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.We are seeking serious, long term minded employees to join our growing Cleaning Company.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. - Driving company provided vehicle to various client locations

- General dusting, vacuuming, mopping

- Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers

- Emptying garbage and recycling

- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Spot Cleaning of walls and glass





- Sanitizing touchpoints

- Additional tasks as requested
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible

- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client

- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

QUALIFICATIONS

- Communicate in English both written and verbally

- Robust attention to detail
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks

- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings

- Works well independently and in a team environment

- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial

WORKING CONDITIONSThere is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
