Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Support the team in plating dishes efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure freshness




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage orders efficiently during busy service times

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
- Robust understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and executing recipes accurately
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
- Prior kitchen experience in the food industry is highly desirable
