Luan’s Seafood & Grill is looking for a motivated and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

We are a locally owned and operated restaurant specializing in fresh seafood, premium steaks, pasta, and chef-driven dishes. Our kitchen takes pride in quality ingredients, proper preparation, consistency, and creating dishes that our guests are excited to come back for.

We’re looking for someone with previous line-cooking or professional kitchen experience who takes pride in their work and wants to continue developing their skills.

- Previous experience working on a professional kitchen line
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Passion for preparing high-quality food
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques, recipes, and cooking methods
- Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with seafood, steaks, pasta, or higher-end cuisine is an asset
