Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests through effective meal preparation and food service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly following food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station at all times
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours




- Follow sanitation procedures and maintain compliance with health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude
- Prior experience with serving or food presentation is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
- A passion for culinary arts and providing exceptional customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
