Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and efficiency
- Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods, ensuring timely meal preparation
- Stock and rotate kitchen supplies, ingredients, and utensils as needed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold restaurant standards

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service,



restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
