Panini’s Italian Cucina on 14981 Stony Plain Road is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Line Cookto join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to Panini’s recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock stations before each shift.
- Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during busy service periods.
- Ensure food is prepared safely and presented to company standards.
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory rotation.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service.
- Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
- Assist wherever needed to help the team succeed.

Qualifications

- Previous line cook experience is preferred.
- Experience making pizza is a strong asset.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food Safety certification is an asset.
