Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently, maintaining consistency and quality
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Assist with plating dishes and ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours, maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts




- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry settings preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic serving experience is a plus, along with familiarity with meal preparation processes
