Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Serve dishes with attention to presentation and quality, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and sanitation standards




- Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple tasks seamlessly
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

- Prior food service experience or restaurant experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and meal presentation standards
- Willingness to follow directions carefully and maintain high cleanliness standards
