We are a female run kitchen within Liberty Village. The female owner started the company in 2002. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary FEMALE team. If you have an issue with direction from female cooks this is not the job for you. In this role, you will be essential in preparing fresh, delicious meals and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Your enthusiasm for food and commitment to quality will help ensure our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. Whether you're experienced in the food industry or eager to learn, this position offers a great opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a lively, team-focused workplace.

Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards.
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Support food safety practices by handling ingredients properly and adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Help keep the kitchen clean and organized,



including proper storage of food and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support meal preparation for special events or large orders as needed.

Skills

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food handling, cooking techniques, and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of serving protocols and food presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations.
- A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
