Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
- Assist in food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
- Support the food service team by serving dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers
- Follow all safety protocols related to cooking equipment, knife handling,



and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Experience

- Previous food preparation or cooking experience in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with meal preparation, including basic cooking skills and ingredient assembly
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Kitchen experience that demonstrates efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
- Understanding of restaurant operations and the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
