About East Side

At East Side, we’re all about hearty portions, bold flavors, and genuine hospitality. Our Brampton location is looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver the great food our guests know and love.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to East Side Marios recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation at all times
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health & safety guidelines
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as required

Qualifications:

- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment




- Robust attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Food Handler Certification an asset
