Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items with precision, following recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety guidelines
- Support food handling procedures to ensure freshness and quality of all dishes
- Assist with plating and garnishing to enhance visual appeal of meals
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently during all food preparation activities




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service times and guest expectations

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning and growth
- Serving experience or familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus
