- Communicate clearly and support your teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Take pride in food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork makes it WORK
- Be laser-focused on food safety and health & safety measures
- Remain calm, confident and in control during busy rushes

Experience & Requirements

- Line cook or kitchen experience is a plus, but attitude matters most
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working with hot equipment
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Determination to learn and grow in your role
- Commitment to food safety and quality
