We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and clean store workplace, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on products, including technical sales support when necessary.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.




- Utilize effective phone etiquette when answering calls and assisting customers over the phone.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
- Familiarity with technical sales is advantageous for assisting customers with specific product inquiries.
- A friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions.
