They Spa is looking to hire a Lisenced Aesthetician interested in joining our team for Couples Services with the opportunity to learn one on one services as well.

Looking for someone who is comfortable with gender-diverse folks, as our main goal at They Spa is to include everyone regardless of their assigned gender at birth.

If you haven't heard about They Spa, it was founded in 2021 by Hannah Hewitt (they/them), a queer Aesthetician who had a goal of fostering a safespace for anyone seeking gender affirming and esthetics care. It is still run by the same owner and aesthetician and we have been enjoying growing our team as of late including Press-On Nail Makers, Canvassers, Models, and more. Willing to train the right candidate in all of our services including: Massage, Facials, Gel Manicures, Pedicures, Laser Hair Removal, Eyelash Lift & Tints, Eyebrow Wax & Tints. Also open to adding services that you are passionate about.

We are located at a spa in Wortley Village that we have our own designated hours at, so there is no overlap of other clients or practitioners.



It is our own space during our sessions which fosters a bespoke experience for us and our clients (ie nice and quiet massages and also freedom to talk about anything during other services).

Looking to hire someone that is interested in joining me for couples services (eg couples massage, parent/child mani pedis, best friend services).

This is a good fit for someone wanting: competitive pay (high commission position), to learn, someone who is qualified but laid back (you can be yourself with us!), someone who is punctual, and is looking for some extra experience and pay. Flexible on dates/times, bonus if you can be available for short notice appointments but not necessary.

We are located on a bus route and have free street parking available.
