- More than 3 years' experience in commercial litigation.
- Experience leading matters and working effectively with teams, large and small.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex and high-stakes litigation matters.
- Robust written and oral communication skills.
- Evidence of a client-service orientation.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the practice of law.
