Duties

- Offer comprehensive caregiving support tailored to each individual’s unique needs, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and social engagement.
- Assist with light household chores, meal preparation, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and healthy living environment.
- Support children or individuals with disabilities by engaging in educational activities, playtime, or specialized therapies as needed.
- Monitor health conditions and communicate any concerns promptly to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, health updates,



and care plans to ensure continuity of care.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages independence while ensuring safety at all times.

Experience

- Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Background in caregiving or personal support roles demonstrates your ability to provide compassionate assistance.
- Classroom experience or early childhood education knowledge is a plus for supporting developmental activities.
- Proven ability to adapt care approaches based on individual needs and circumstances.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and proactive problem-solving skills essential for this dynamic role.
