In this position, you will be responsible for building and supporting the function of tools, dies, and fixtures within the Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting group. The role not only requires technical skills but also offers mentoring opportunities, making an impact on production efficiency while working within a diverse, supportive team workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and maintain quality progressive dies and fixtures
• Troubleshoot issues in the Tool Room and Press as needed
• Report on emerging problems affecting production timelines




• Guide and mentor apprentices in tool and die processes
• Follow safety standards and cleanliness protocols strictly
Requirements:
• Proven tool and die experience is a must
• Availability for afternoon shifts from 2pm to 10pm
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to foster a safe workspace according to policies
• Eagerness to teach and enhance skill sets of trainees
