This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the Embedded Workforce Supply Group and site supervision to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. The Site Manager develops and implements operational policies, strategies, and procedures to meet company goals, manages budgets and contractual P&L objectives, and leads incident investigations to drive continuous improvement. This role also oversees the full employee life cycle while fostering a respectful workplace culture, builds strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, and collaborates with cross-functional teams such as HSE, HR, and Finance to support overall business success.What would you be doing?Develop and implement policies, strategies, and procedures to help operations achieve company goals and performance targets.Manage budgets, costs,
