Key Responsibilities

- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and personal care




- Follow and execute the client’s care plan as designed by the Care Designer
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) within scope of practice
- Support safe transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises
- Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment
- Work within your training, experience, and scope of practice
- Complete accurate and thorough documentation
- Experience supporting clients with dementia and responsive behaviors is an asset

Position Requirements

- Currently enrolled in or completed a recognized caregiver education program
- Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (issued within the last year)
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray (within the past 2 years)
- Two professional references
