Working closely with field teams, you will identify and mitigate safety risks, conduct inspections, and manage incident investigations. Your expertise will play a significant role in enhancing our Health and Safety Management System and maintaining COR certification in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on identifying and assessing safety risks • Perform regular site inspections with compliance checks • Manage incident investigations and corrective actions • Plan high-risk work activities ensuring safety compliance • Educate workers through health and safety training sessions
Requirements: • Diploma in Construction or related Health & Safety studies • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction • Valid driver's license with vehicle access required • Knowledge of Ontario and Québec health regulations • Experience with SafetyCulture (iAuditor) is advantageous
