Agregat is continuing its growth across Northern Ontario with the launch of a new crushing project in the Timmins area. We are currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator who is ready to play a key role in the successful startup of a new operation and contribute to a team recognized for its expertise, safety culture, and commitment to excellence.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate a loader safely, efficiently, and productively.

- Feed the crushing plant according to operational requirements.

- Perform loading, hauling, stockpiling, and material handling activities.

- Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation.

- Identify and report mechanical issues, equipment deficiencies, or unsafe conditions.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Work closely with supervisors, operators, and other team members to optimize production.

- Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS &

SKILLS SOUGHT

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Loader Operator in mining,



quarry, crushing, or related heavy equipment operations.

- Experience operating a CAT 980 loader or equivalent-sized equipment.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

- Availability to work rotational schedules at a remote job site.

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
